ok, I am back on track with the palio diet...
this morning I ate:
2 oz of steak with 2 eggs and onions and broccoli, cooked in olive oil, followed by 2 slices of fresh cantolope.
total fat blocks - 8
total protein blocks - 4
remaining blocks for the day 12 fat and 6 protien.
division: 3 and 6 for dinner and lunch.
